Order Processing and Shipping:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Sale and Clearance Items:
- All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
